You may cancel your entries up to the designated time for each contest (cancellation fees may apply). After the designated time to cancel entries has passed, all entries are non-refundable.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If this qualifier fails to reach the minimum number of entries required to run, all entries will be advanced to the following week's qualifier, so that the following qualifier has the best chances to fill to minimum.  Entries will not be refunded.  Should players wish to cancel entries advanced to the next qualifier, they may do so by cancelling in the "Buy Entries" section.  Requests to refund the cancel fee will be honored, so please email support if you wish to do so.

This is qualifying contest to the TAMPA BAY DOWNS LAST CHANCE/FIRST OPPORTUNITY Contest, to be held February 20-21, 2026 ON-TRACK ONLY at Tampa Bay Downs.  This event is Presented by HorseTourneys.com.  

PRIZES: One ENTRY ONLY to the TAMPA BAY DOWNS LAST CHANCE/FIRST OPPORTUNITY, to be held Feb. 20-21, 2026, at Tampa Bay Downs, will be awarded per every 15 entries participating in the contest. Package includes: $1,000 entry fee.  VALUE OF PACKAGE = $1,000 USD. Players are responsible for their own transportation and accommodations to and from the contest venue. Please note that the entry portion is NOT convertible to HorseTourneys site credit or cash; entries MUST be either used or transferred to another player. 

QUALIFYING PARAMETERS: 13 of the first 15 entries must participate to award prize. Subsequently, 13 of 15 entries must participate to award prize.  No other rounding rules. Any breakage entries will be returned back to players in the form of refund credits to non-winners equal to the number of breakage entries, unless there is a current negative breakage balance (see home page for current breakage status).

TRANSFERS AND MULTIPLE ENTRIES: Please note that players MAY transfer TAMPA packages/entries to another individual if they so choose. Therefore, players may always play in their own name and transfer a won entry to another individual at a later date.

ENTRIES CLOSE TIME: The closing time for entries is designated once races have been inputted and will be reflected above.

FORMAT: $2 Win/Place on a single horse. Payout caps of 20-1 to win, 10-1 to place.
