VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: Entries won to the Spa & Surf Showdown may NOT be cancelled for cash.  All entries earned through qualifiers MUST be either played or transferred to another player.  No exceptions.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If this qualifier fails to reach the minimum number of entries required to run, all entries will be advanced to the following week's qualifier, so that the following qualifier has the best chances to fill to minimum.  Entries will not be refunded.  Should players wish to cancel entries advanced to the next qualifier, they may do so by cancelling in the "Buy Entries" section.  Requests to refund the cancel fee will be honored, so please email support if you wish to do so.

This is qualifying contest to the SPA & SURF SHOWDOWN, an online mega-contest to be held Aug. 23-24, 2025, here at HorseTourneys.  The SPA & SURF SHOWDOWN will featured a guaranteed cash pool of at least $400,000, with no limit on entries.  

Maximum entries in this contest may be expanded depending on demand. 

PRIZES: One ENTRY to the SPA & SURF SHOWDOWN, to be held online on August 23-24, 2025, here at HorseTourneys.com, will be awarded per every 20 entries participating in the contest. Includes: $2,500 entry.  VALUE OF ENTRY = $2,500 USD. Please note that the entry portion is NOT convertible to HorseTourneys site credit or cash; entries MUST be either used or transferred to another player. 

Please also note that entries to the SPA & SURF SHOWDOWN must be played and may not be cancelled.  This includes both entries purchased and won from qualifier events.  

QUALIFYING PARAMETERS: 18 of the first 20 entries must participate to award prize. Subsequently, 18 of 20 entries must participate to award prize.  No other rounding rules. Any breakage entries will be returned back to players in the form of refund credits to non-winners equal to the number of breakage entries, unless there is a current negative breakage balance (see home page for current breakage status).

TRANSFERS AND MULTIPLE ENTRIES: Please note that players MAY transfer packages/entries to another individual if they so choose. Therefore, players may always play in their own name and transfer a won entry to another individual at a later date.

ENTRIES CLOSE TIME: The closing time for entries is designated once races have been inputted and will be reflected above.

FORMAT: $2 Win/Place on a single horse. Payout caps of 20-1 to win, 10-1 to place.
